"Struggling to Access My Group Email"
I've been having a tough time accessing my group email. It keeps prompting me for a password. I attempted to input what I believed was the correct password, but it just keeps redirecting me to Google. I really wish there was an icon I could click to take me directly to the group. American Legion Post 17.

As a first-time user, I was looking for guidance on how to navigate the billing system. I reached out to Gaggle Help via email and got a prompt and useful reply. I was able to finish the billing process without any issues.

Gaggle Help usually answers inquiries with clear and useful info in no time. That's definitely a good reason to choose their group email service!

"Suggestion for Custom Directory Structures in Files"
I shot off an email proposing that it would be great to have users set up their own named directory structures in Files. I realized this was a big ask, but I got a response thanking me for the idea and informing me that it would be looked at for future updates. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more right now!

Gaggle is really solid and easy to use, but it’d be awesome if they could roll out some advanced options over time. Things like voting, tallying, managing groups within groups, and figuring out appointment dates and times together would be super helpful.

"Fantastic service for my organization..."
I gotta say, this service is just great for my non-profit. You can really see the careful attention to detail in Gaggle's awesome web interface. Simon is super quick to respond to any questions or ideas for new features. Plus, the price for the service is really low. I highly recommend it!

"My Experience with Gaggle Compared to Other Providers"
I've dealt with various providers for our mailing list, and I gotta say, Gaggle has given us and our subscribers way better tools. We can now post items with attachments, and our size limit jumped from 30KB with the previous provider to a whopping 5MB with Gaggle. Another cool thing for our subscribers is they can update their profiles themselves instead of having to bug their admin for simple tweaks. We're really happy with Gaggle's services and keep enjoying the daily support your company offers to our organization.

"Awesome, but missing an important aspect"
We really enjoy Gaggle Mail, but it’s missing a crucial element. It would be great if folks in one group could access another group without having to make that second group public.

"Super simple to operate, no issues with setup..."
It's really straightforward to use, and I had no trouble getting it going. One small downside is the restriction on attachments.

"Gaggle made our transition smooth"
I'm really liking this Listserv tool - super simple to manage. We utilize the moderation feature and it's been quite user-friendly. We moved away from a really old and complex self-made system, and this has been fantastic!

I’ve got a couple of ideas: 1) it would be awesome to have an app for iPhone/Android - in my line of work, that would be a huge plus; and 2) it would be great if the moderation admin could delete messages instead of just rejecting them. Appreciate a solid product!
